I reload this round as well. My reloads are much more accurate. GP11 is nice to have, however shooting it is just waste in my opinion.
With PPU brass and 150 gr hornady FMJ cost per round comes to about 45cents???? So I would not worry about GP11 even if it was readily available. If reloading is not an option or reloaded ammo have to be on par with GP11, then yes its very good price for the buck.

Sorry can't agree with you!
Here is what it really costs to reload 7.5x55 Swiss:
Brass:100 PRVIBrass $90.00 plus tax and shipping = $115.00 per 100
The brass’live expectancy is 6 firings therefore $0.20 per cartridge or firing.
Primers:
LR Primers =$40.00/1000, or $0.04 per single primer (if you get your primers from a gun store, it will be closer to $60.00 per 1000)
Powder:
Vargetpowder = $300.00 for 8lbs container or 56050.33 grains. I use 41 grains (modest load) therefore it will be $0.22 per firing.
Bullets:
Bullets $25.00 per hundred (if you buy them cheap from gun shows, but if you buy in the store it will be double for sure!),
therefore $0.25per shot.
Let’s see what it costs to reload one round:
Brass | $0.20 |
Primer | $0.04 |
Powder | $0.22 |
Bullet | $0.25 |
__________ | _____ |
TOTAL | $0.71 |
$0.71 per reloaded cartridges, which could be $1.00 and more if you don't have access to cheap reloading components.
