whats the difference between the GP6 and the GP7? And how do they differ from the originals?
K100Mk6/GP6 you may see at internet . try to check it. K100Mk7/GP7 : new frame with 4 different grips( changeable ) , new trigger mechanizm( trigger will be mount at the steel insert and it will be possible pull up together ( Mk6 trigger is mounted directly in the plastic)
Original K100 is still producing. different between K100 and Mk6 is plastic frame only (Picatiny rail at the Mk6)
sorry for my poor english

Will the GP7 trigger be a little crisper? Can we we expect a decocker and more positive safety lever on these "new" models?

about safety lever - at the K100Mk6 is enought good i think, may you tell me some comments ? what is not good at the Mk6 safety lever for you ?Yaro
and what about hangun fully wyithout safety/decocker lever ? like TOKAREV?
with drop safety only ? I carrying this combination. SA/DA gun without safety levers - perfekt for usage, only decocking you must doing carefully

Tokarev was designed in a county where soldiers were seen as expendable – therefore safety was not paramount.and what about hangun fully wyithout safety/decocker lever ? like TOKAREV?

better trigger is the MAIN reason why GP6 and next GP7

I would like if the safety was as {*snap*} positive as those on my 1911s, though I would prefer a decocker over a safety. Most of us North Americans are leery of DA/SA designs where you must lower the hammer manually.
I think it would be very tough to move K100 (don’t know abut the G6P) for $650 in the US! Here in Canada guns are quite overpriced so $650 (for K100) here is reasonable since Glocks M&P and other plastic guns cost in the same price range, BUT in US you can get a Glock and M&P for $430-475, Taurus 24/7 for $350, Steyr M9A1 for $350-450...Even the new SIG P250 is $600.….$650 is a LOT of money to ask IMO for a gun that is new on the block! $450-550 would be more realistic. Just my $0.02.…I don’t see any reason why price of K100/STI GP6 cannot be 650USD( or actually CAD -This is little bit stronger than USD at the moment)
