If it's the pit I'm thinking of, I think it depends when you go. I went there on the weekends and a few other people were shooting alongside me. Went there during the week and a "representative" told me I was trespassing.
I might hit up the range behind Ainsworth OSB plant tomorrow with my new BAT shotgun.. haven't been back there since the snow started so I'm not sure how bad the trail is.
