Question about the bolt roller greaser, is the tool suppose to fit over the roller bearing? The two I have from brownells do not. I would think you fill them with grease and as the tool goes over the bearing it forces grease through the bearing.I have been meaning to take a fine strip of sandpaper in a tool on my drill and polish the interior till it just slides over the roller, just wondering if this is the way it is suppose to be?

A few drops of G96 oil or Mobile 1 in the roller and grease on the outside works very well. Just a friendly FYI. G96 oil on the Op Rod guide and Op Rod tube is very nice.
Everything else...grease + a smidge of G96 on top.

Slicker than a banana peel ;)

I have the badger ordnance greaser and while it's a snug fit, it works very well, purging the old grease and replacing with new.

My other greaser that is more of a relic now, but works equally well is a .308 case, cut behind the neck, filled with wax, with enough space for the roller to sink in. Drill crossways through the end and insert a section of drill rod for a T handle.
