Grumpy Wolverine covers up a UTAS UTS-15 fail!

Source?

after spending the last 15 minutes googling, the consensus is that this is urban myth. Remington claims the 870's are made in the USA, including the receiver.

From what i gather the express models have or did have chinese parts , they still say made in the US because they are assembled there ,, Same goes for the Springfield MIA parts come from , Brazil, Canada and Taiwan , but on the box it will say made in the US .

Now you're changing your views. You said: "Turkish guns, compared to Chinaware, are of much higher quality."

I'm not changing my opinion one bit. For the dollar, you will get better quality out of Turkish guns than Chinese guns, in my opinion, based on my experience.

Yes, if china can send men to space, I'm sure they can make a working firearm. You even said it yourself, Canadian importers do not pay for better fit and finish, just a working gun. Dollar for dollar, right now, you can get better fit and finish out of Turks. China is the biggest exporter of almost everything in the world, but does that make them the best?

I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that would put a Canik and NP-22 side by side, and say it with a straight face that the NP-22 is the one that posses higher build quality.

I am sure Grumpy will have noted your request for future consideration!

Seriously I think it is time everyone lightened up a little, sat back and enjoyed life!

Think of poor old Grumpy, sitting at home crying in his beer. Where is the love?

I have one of the UTAS 15's from wolverine and i must admit when i got it and seen all the plastic i was a little worried. I now have 2 cases (500 ) rounds of cheap challanger ammo through her and NO ISSUES at all. Great little 12 gauge shot gun i even took some grouse with it before Christmas. Here at CGN you will find all sort of haters but if grumpy needs love send the man a hug from me and warm UTAS 15, i love that little 12 gauge.

I can second that...maybe the US builts are $hitty, because every youtuber hacks on them, but the wolverine and made in turkey marked ones run flawless. At least the 3 of mine do.
