Like 90% sure it would be an MP5 variant, it is basically seems to be a reskin of the GSG 522 (which while even purposely built to-not-be-an-MP5) is a variant.

but who knows I've been surprised before, like the FX-9.

I saw this and asked at SHOT:

It was a 3D printed sample for Amchar in the USA, just to give them something for display. I am sure Blueline will see it eventually once it is actually ready to start shipping.

As comparison, an MP5 with a 8.9" barrel with collapsed stock is approx 21.7" (wiki).

Hopefully that .22 barrel is 14.3+ inches to be at the 26" limit. I'm starting to think that the "16" in the model name could be the barrel length (maybe)

If that is suppose to be an american model, they must have a 16"+ barrel to not be classified as an SBR. That's why the American MP40-22 has that goofy suppressor to hide the 16" barrel
