Agree! When I had my GSG 1911, I have some issues with the firing pin, slide stop, barrel bushing, the slide and the barrel. They sent me replacement parts. You just have to be patient and reasonable. Send them an email with your issue. Make sure you provide a copy of your invoice for warranty purposes. Although they go out of their regular warranty policy, it will be better if you have the proper documents.
