Not trying to be a ass-pain; but, will the mags be blocked, full length bodies or will they have the extended plastic "baseplate"/stress-riser to make the 10 round capacity?

Are Canadian GSH18 will be able to fit standard magazine? For example i get GSH18 here in Canada but purchase mags online that hold 18 round. Would it fit(work)?
