Thanks for the list and very nice pup.

I have a male and a female american bulldog that I need to find names for by saturday, don't have to be gun related but still very hard to decide.

We rescued a puppy from an animal health class. She graduated with flying colors. Already named when we got here. Molly. She's a short haired Border Collie crossed with a Lab. Smart as a whip. Learnt on her own to retrieve grouse and swims like a Loon. Knocked down a two point a few years ago, gave it a few minutes and let her out of the back of the truck. In short order she found it. Has no problem going under water. Just love this hound. She's my fishing drinking buddy as well. Guard dog, you bet. Does she bite, not yet but comes on like a bear.
An old friend of mine had a pup years ago, black lab and with the right sunlight, there was a hint of chocolate in her. Unique name......he called her Hershey. Fit her well.
My next dog will be a collie/lab cross. Just can't believe how smart this one is.
When she growls, I need to check it out. Had her out grouse hunting when we first got her and found some grouse. She pointed and knew what to do from there.
Flush, bang, drop, retrieve...........cookie.
Have fun with your new family member.
One thing I know for sure, they do have feelings.

The next important change in the history of the rifle bullet occurred in 1882, when Major Eduard Rubin, director of the Swiss Army Laboratory at Thun, invented the copper jacketed bullet — an elongated bullet with a lead core in a copper jacket. It was also small bore (7.5mm and 8mm) and it is the precursor of the 8mm "Lebel bullet" which was adopted for the smokeless powder ammunition of the Mle 1886 Lebel rifle.

First was where I first started waterfowling as a kid, Luther's Marsh, and second was my favorite ammo way back then(late 70's) when lead was allowed, the Remington Nitro Mag. So I registered him as Luther's Nitro Mag Express and called him "Nitro". Just a thought but you could combine your faves?!;)

Stains

deffinatley best name for a dog is Stains, not sure if it has been posted yet but i'm not reading through 14 pgs to find out.
just picture your wife standing on the porch calling your dog, stains ,stains cumm stains,
