Gun Juice - Application, and breaking in of Precision rifle barrels.

My Krieger .308 was treated with Microlon from new, and it worked as advertised. Does it improve accuracy? Beats me! It won't turn a 2 minute rifle into a half minute rifle, but my rifle shoots in the .1's when I hold my tongue right and the planets are aligned. Since then I clean right to bare metal and use this stuff as a regular gun oil and my first shot out of the barrel is never a flyer.

When I use Gun Juice on my hunting rifles it is perhaps more wishful thinking than reality though, as I could see no marked difference with its application, although the bores of these rifles we far from new when I tried it. I am hopeful though that if the pores of the bore are penetrated as advertised, there will be some resistance to the effects of salt spray and rain that is so often a problem in wind swept coastal areas. So far so good, but the truth is that if you care for your gear it will stay in good shape and if you don't it doesn't; the particular product you use is of less importance.

Maybe some top shooters are using this product and keeping it quiet?:dancingbanana:

None that I know of, in fact I don't know many shooters that win that won't share any of their know-how, becaause there comes a point where the equipment is secondary, as you well know, Mystic!:D
I don't use Moly or gun juice, but I have a new savage Fclass that I may assault with both , just to see what happens!:D

We use it in our 50 BMG and swear by it. Besides the easy cleaning, the clean cold bore shot and the next four in the groups are all tight-5 inch and under at 1000 yds.

This rifle was custom built by Rick witch explains the accuracy, but the juice keeps it .

Thanks to a computer with a death wish, I'm a bit late throwing in my two cents worth.
I also am very impressed with and have two of Rick's rifles that work really well with it. Gun Juice perked up my 308s and a couple 223s quite noticeably but believe it or not one of the most significant improvements was in my Black Powder cartridge rifles.
Now I don't know if anyone else has tried it in a BP gun, but my 45-70 and also my 45-120 picked up a good bit more velocity and they are far easier to clean. Both rifles had a tendency to ever so slightly lead the bore if the powder can was tipped a bit far....not any more.
So...Yes I'm sold on it ....hmmm seems to me I'm getting a bit low on it ...Rick ?? :D
