it sounds like you need to take dear ol' dad out for a boy's night out, start lite with some pool, or darts, then go to the range. You can make it relaxing and fun. get him away from mom for a couple of hours
 
Hey I'd just like to take this time to thank everyone who has given me useful input in this thread. As for the others who just say something along the lines of "move out", or "get a job", I'm a full time University student with a part time job. I don't have time for anymore hours at work, and moving out would be a financial impossibility. Furthermore I am looking into purchasing a relatively less pricey milsurp, either a 91/30 or a Lee Enfield.
