I could go on and on and on.....so many guns, so little time. And even less money!

I just added one more to my collection, a Krieghoff Hubertus Kipplauf ( single barrel break action ) stalking rifle, with a nice Swarovski on top. Chambered in the powerful and versatile .30R Blaser. Svelte, Beautiful, Accurate. Impeccable engineering and attention to detail. Taking it hunting on Friday.

Mini 14 target... A fun semi .223 coyote rig, guess it will not be on my list anymore.

I Like those Derya AR style 12 gauge shotguns, I think those are probably not an option anymore either.

What’s left? Something like an ultralight 10/22 with carbon stock, 10-14” barrel for shooting grouse with CB’s while hunting big game. I’m sure it’s doable at some point, probably should sell the 17WSM in AICS air soft stock first, but I’d like to build one with irons or a red dot, maybe even a marbles bullseye for light weight and compact size.

A big bore lever, in like an 86 or 73 style with something like a 16” barrel, maybe 44-40 or bigger, a bit of patina but no pitting. That’ll cost a couple bucks to find however.

Wow I’m drooling ..... one day I will own a Kipplauf action rifle!!

The list of wants is long, the list of needs is short..... I’ve been trying hard to curb actually buying the wants lately, I find too many of them just end up sitting in the safe. But then I never sell them cause I’ve always wanted one. I didn’t buy a decent 1895 in 303 the other day cause I talked myself out of it. Even though “I’ve always wanted one”.....

I've found myself in very ;) similar circumstances for the last few years, concerning the list of wants/needs. On that list, and just recently filled, was the acquisition of a :d Winchester model 95, in 303Br. Now, to get it out of my safe and out to the range.

Turnbull 1886 in .475 Turnbull.

For me it was a BAR. I had my eye on one at a local shop as prices slowly climbed, the price on this one held steady. It was over $300 off current list. I've always wanted to try one, but I've got a .243, .257 Wby, 6.5x55, 7Mag, .30-06 and needed a .270win like a hole in the head.

So I did the right thing and brought it home, scoped it up, sighted it in, and fell in love with it. Winchester 140gr Accubond CT's into the same hole at 100 yards. Federal Fusion, Browning BDX, and Sako Hammerheads not far behind. No kick. No failures to feed. A bit heavy, but it's nice off the bench and swings well from a stand. Good to go.

44 REM mag Ruger carbine. Always wanted one when I was younger, but couldn’t afford it. A few years later I decided to buy one. I found out they discontinued them. I hunted for over three years before I found one that in rough shape. I knew where a nice one was but he wouldn’t sell it. He called while I was at work asking if I still wanted it. Three hours of driving after working 12 hours was a long day but I finally had one. Got home 1130 put the rifle away until two nights later. I got it out sat on the bed leaned back against the pillows, shouldered it, worked the action then put it on my legs with my hands laying on it thinking sweet. I fell asleep and never moved until 4 am. I still enjoy owning it.

Smith PC 500 10.5” bbl - I’ve shot a 500 once before. Do I need one? No, but it’s quite the experience to shoot.

Henry Original Iron Frame - don’t shoot long guns much so it may not get much use for such a pricey lever.
