500mag all the way!
that's when i got the gun and was using alot of jacketed stuff, i only shoot cast in it now.
You win in my books, some of that ammo you got there is from hell. I think a grizzley would faint if you just showed him the bullet.

Anyway, my current crew are a BFR in 45-70. Stout loads with 450gr hardcast gets my attention. But for shear recoil, my Thompson Centre in 444 marlin takes the prize. It generates about 15% more power than a 460 S&W. The Lone Eagle in 30-06 is a great gun. Loaded stout it can match rifle velocities readily. Just a matter of whether the operator wants to go there.
Guns I have recently sold are a TC in 35 rem, and a TC Encore in 7MM rem mag. I have two new TC Contenders coming, one in 338jdj#2, and the other in 375jdj. The latter has a long history of success in Africa on the big 5. Anyway, attached are a few picks of the crew.

Anytime a hand gun comes with a howitzer breech you know you'd better hold on. ( I feel under gunned with my measly .44 Rem Mag)

Well my cannons only rate 'canon light' compared to some of the postings here.
Still really like my Dan Wesson .44 Mag. May not have the punch of some of the newer offerings, but is highly accuraqte out to 200 meters. Back in my silhouette days I shot a 37 out of 40 targets free style with it. So there may be revolvers with more power, but not sure any more accurate.
The other is my S&W 686 in .357 Mag, not a cannon, but a really nice shooter and a little rare with it's 4 position adjustable front site.

finally got around to getting a picture of most of my cast boolits i load for the 500mag, there are a few missing and i've since sold my 600gr mold (number 6&7)
half of a 22lr fits in the 1 hollow point
lol thats some scary looking stuff, that 700 grain when loaded must kick like a mule.
