Handgun Ammo at Basspro (GTA)

Al Flaherty's was selling 100 rds of 9mm for about 29.99.

... but I just hear Lebaron was charging 26.88 or so.

anyone know what types of handgun ammo bass pro in vaughan handles i dont want to drive all the way there if they dont handle anything good

up there today,

.38 special, .40 and 45. No 9mm

PDX1 in all those cal's , .45 had a few more winchester options, no white box.

I had to stop buy today as I was looking at a car in the area. Can't believe they sell that PDX1 stuff. I bought a primer pocket swager, 100 round plastic containers for 9mm and .45 and a box of the 230gr PDX1 just for sh#$ts and giggles. They had all kinds of reloading stuff including presses, tumblers and even Lee plates for pistol calibers.

My $50 gift certificate went very fast. :D

I bet Miller likes this as Vaughan is very close LOL.....

Tested by the FBI to see if it can stand up to real world, life threatening situations, this ammunition has impressive expansion and notable velocities at various ranges thanks to Winchester's proprietary bonding process. The engineers have welded together the lead and jacket to obtain controlled expansion and a higher weight retention. The bonding can also take on the toughest barriers at varied ranges and velocities to simulate real world threat.

Upon impact, the jacketed hollow point initiates expansion up to 1-1/2 times the size of the original bullet diameter. The unique notching in the bullet creates six equal segments creating maximum expansion on impact. Finally, Winchester has chosen nickel plated brass to maximize reliability through smooth chambering and case ejection
