Handgun Purchase for 2007?

As of right now I have all of the handguns I need for what I do but I maybe doing business in Washington state this next year and if so I have plans on getting a CCW permit for there.

If this is the case then I think I will be looking at a S&W series 60 J frame s/s 5 shot 357 mag with a 5" barrel with the slightly larger Crimson Trace laser grips. I decided to go with a revolver because if I had to shoot I don't want to leave brass laying around or the risk of a jam...

I have ordered a s@w 5906 from their proformance center. It comes with novak sights ,a 5 inch barrel with a briley bushing.

might get a S&W M&P in 9mm for my son to use. Might also get a .45 1911. Not sure which manufacturer yet, maybe a prepped norc, or an STI.
If HK comes out with the HK45 in 9mm, I may look at that.

I'm going to buy as many old milsurp pistols as I can find.......definately a P1 or P38, and a Webley or Enfield breaktop, mabey a Victory 38S&W, whatever I can find.

I will be looking for P7M8, a Glock 9mm or .40, a CZ85, .500 S&W Performance Center, and a Kimber or S&W Performance Center 1911. I would also like a TP9. That should pretty well kick the crap out of my wallet for the year.

My New Norc should be here tomorrow 1911A1 Commander from Armco can't wait for the postal guy to ring the door bell its been along wait LOL

Happy new year guys!! all the best in 2007

Trying to decide if I should get a Walther p22 or a SIG Mosquito (either one in two-tone).

I like blasting for low money.

I'd be happy if my SA XD45-DE would just show up in 2007. :(

Next on the list is a Sig P220R stainess, then a SA 1911 Stainless, followed by a stainless Ruger Single Six in either .22rf or .357mag.

I was going to get an XD then a friend told me SA doesn't ship spare parts out and that you have to send the gun back to the factory for any warranty repairs?

Anyone got info on that?

At any rate I am almost positive I will be moving to a Glock. I got drunk on New Years and told my buddy if he got his friggin RPAL I would GIVE him my Ruger P85 (which I LOVE I might add).

Hows that for trying to convert a friend!

This info is acurate. Short of finding the odd parts from helpful Canadian dealers, if your gun breaks, you are sending it back to Springfield.

Don't feel bad about the wait on your Springfield, it'll just get you ready for that Single Six. Better order it now, Mine's been ordered three times, the last of which was in early 2005. Still on record, still waiting. I've tried calling Ruger, etc etc.

Ruger KNR-7H revolver .22LR/ .22WMR New Model Single Six

As for myself, I'm thinkin I may do what I swore I never would and try out a (shudder) Gl_ck.

I'm working hard toward this one:
