Those type of tools are very convenient, when you want to process a bunch of brass whilst sitting watching tv or when out at the range loading on the bench. If you want one to reprime with as well, take a look at the Pope style re&decapper tool from Meacham.
I use one for my 32-40, but, I never resize the brass on that, and the bullets are breech seated, so, no need for a press or dies in that process. When it comes to repriming though, I take a Lee handprimer to the range with me, as I don't have to handle primers with my hands thar way.
