Has anyone removed the ghost ring sight from a Dominion Arms Grizzly?

I personally wouldn't mod a gun's barrel to suit the needs of a $40 scabbard.

Have you considered chamfering the back of the sight? It won't catch if you do that.
either that or mod the scabbard.

Didn't like the massive front site post on the barrel I got from can ammo (great deal by the way, $79) so I cut it off, and keeping with the el cheapo theme I made my own bead site.

Hack saw and a file. Take out choke, drill and tap through right through the barrel. Clean the inside up a bit, add blue or paint. Thread in your bead (make sure its not too long) with a little blue lock tight. Put choke back in. I was going cut a dove tail into the new front sight "block" but decided to take the easier route.
