has anyone tried instaling one of the Magwedge quick rails on a VZ58?

Gen 2 are ready to build, but the schedule has been pushed backwards by the SKS mag adaptor project.

Gen 2 has been 100% reliable in the 858 I have tested it in. I do not have a CSA to test it in however ... and those are the model that seem problematic.

I have a CSA rifle so here is hoping it will work with a CSA 100%
bfiles would be much better suited than I am but I will also offer up any help I can provide by testing one on a CSA rifle too if you're looking for some beta testers.

Let's do this, Magwedge!! I have a CSA and, only the Magwedge Kwik Rail GEN 2 will have the priviledge to go on 'missionary position' on it.

I will be beginning final prototyping and testing next week in the hope that we can get a production run ready for some time in February.
We will have a similar rail made for the SKS. I am hopeful that people will find this new version interesting and useful.

I still plan on getting one of these, but I'll have to look at the ejection pattern now of the .22LR conversion I bought.

You will likely need to add a deflector but there will be mounting points built into the new rail.
We are also working on a deflector design to make available for those who wish to add one to their Magwedge rail system.

My guess is that ejection will not be compromised despite the ejection pattern. You will know what I mean the minute you see pics of the new system.
