Have you ever eatin snake?

My future wife got through to me when she took me to an exotic All Meat restaurant. I ate a lot of species you can't hunt because it was all farmed. Alligator, all kinds of snake, big game, everything.

I figured she was my knid of gal and it's been 23 years together, but the restaurant folded, <sigh>.

Haven't had snake but I have had crocodile...or aligator...i can't remember now. It was pretty good though.

There had been a restaurant in Vancouver called "Rattlesnake Grill" with various exotic flesh on the menu. I remember liking the rattlesnake a lot.

That is where I had it. It has been out of business for years, too bad, the beer was cheap.
