This is too funny, everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. In my opinion my HK is tops over my Beretta. Thats MY opinion.
Just because a military uses a certain firearm or piece of equipment doesnt mean squat. I know a thing or two about military procurement. The people testing have nothing to do with the final contract being awarded.
The majority or trials are based on a pass/fail. The requirements are created and products are evaluated against it. Or in other cases, requirements are given out for products to be created. The people doing the trials only report finding ie. Product X did or did not meet the requirement. After that it gets very political.
Therefor the selected tool is not always the right one for the job......but it has met the requirement.
