You flinch because you are trying to guess when the gun is going to go off. Pick up some snap caps and have someone else load your gun. When you pull the trigger, watch the front sight closely. you will see it go down and to the left if you are right handed, down to the right if you are left handed. Try to squeeze the trigger untill the gun fires, not to "Make" it fire. Do this repeatedly untill the gun stays still when you squeeze the trigger. Dry fire as much as you can, use snap caps to make sure you do not break your firing pin. If you want to learn to shoot, then shoot. Want to shoot better, shoot more!!!
