Standard length in full choke were 30" barrels.Older Remington Wingmasters were certainly available with 30 barrels - I have one.
With Barrel that long why even shoot, you can poke the duck's eye blindHe wants a Mossberg 500A Regal. Factory 38" 2-3/4"-3" Full Choke. Wood stocks. NO vent rib. Probably as good as it gets.

I have a 870 and 1100 in the 34.5 inch barrel also a marlin pump with a 40" and 38" barrelIt would be a unicorn to find but Remington made 34" ribbed full choke barrels for the 870 & 1100...he'd either have to shoot bismuth or have the choke opened a bit for steel provided you can find a 34" barreled model.
