Didn't realize they were knockoffs. How can you tell?
Harris makes a good product, I have a couple. I'm surprised no mentions have been made of the Versapod. Goes on and off a lot faster so you don't need to carry around a rifle with a bipod hanging off the end of it. I've only got one Versapod, but about a half dozen spigot bases on various rifles. Very convenient. I don't know if it is quite as stable and solid as a Harris, but for 200-yard shooting, or for any hunting shots I am likely to take, it works beautifully.

Hey OP, I'm looking for new bipod as well. Another question if you don't mind.
Which height is better for shooting off a bench ? 6-9 or 9-13 .
I'm a fairly avg sized guy and the few times I fired prone, I found that the 9-13 was much better for me. With the 6-9 I had to max it and sometimes that wasn't enough, especially if you aren't on completely flat terrain.
QUESTION 2: I'm a big guy with a gut... which is better for prone shooting any big guys answer this? 6-9 or 9-13 I will also be on a bench but prone shoot more often.
