Help!!!!
Looking for some insight on some problems I'm having with my colt.
I realize I will have to bring it to a gunsmith for some tuning up, but looking to hear what the possible problems are. As I am new to colts.
I have a colt auto series 80 MK IV, in 38 super have not tried it with these rounds as I have not been able to find any in my area yet.
But I also have a gold cup 45 slide for it, but when I shoot it, the slide rarely stays in the open postion when the last round is fired, why?? What needs to be done to it to correct that?
I also have a par-ordinace 9mm slide for it, but when the shells eject the slide jams it, or most of the time the casing remains in the barrel and the following round jams behind the un-spent casing. Why is it not grabbing and ejecting the fired casing?
Also who do you suggest does the work on it here in BC, Dlask arms or Bits and pieces?
Thanks
Ron
