Henry Golden Boy Truckers Tribute Edition

I don't get why so many people are offended by this rifle?
The only thing that offends me is the price of them, How is a 22 worth so much? If it was a 45/70 or even a 45 colt/44 mag I could see it
These same people prob hate the TNA Trudeau jail gun too...

Covid/vaccines/masks/lockdowns/restrictions etc warped a lot of people's minds. The mental illness fallout will be seen for decades to come. How people can claim to be proud to live in a free country, then be so against a movement that stood up and fought for all Canadians is beyond me. They gave a voice and courage to all people who were discriminated against for wanting to be able to decide what to do with their own bodies. Anyone who was not allowed to socialize and was seen as anything but an equal, simply for wanting the freedom to make their own choices.

What I really find cringy is when people use the word "freedumb" to mock the convoy. They're literally outting themselves and being against free choice and the basic concept of freedom that most people take for granted.

Anyway as for the gun, I don't care for it and would never buy it, but some people will. And once again, it's all about freedom of choice. I'd like to see the actual sales numbers on this model because as others have said, there are many people salivating at the idea of getting big bore levers in their hands. Last year I was lucky enough to snag a 357 model that I had been waiting for a long time, and there was the only one that arrived at that vendor in months.

So please tell us what freedoms the “convoy” protected. And treating these people like they stormed the beaches of Normandy to protect your individual rights is laughable. These protests made a mockery of Canada and the democratic system we have.

Remember the original intention of the protest was to have parliament dissolved and the country governed by the appointed senate. But let’s keep calling them fighters for our freedoms.

Your timeline is a bit messed up. Our government, elected by the minority of Canadians, that imposed harsh and long-lasting restrictions of it's citizens, brought in vaccine mandates, discriminated against unvaccinated by calling them extremists/misogynists/racists, forced closure and eventual permanent closure to small businesses, destroyed livelihoods, drove up inflation, crippled our children's quality of education, increased mental illness and substance abuse etc etc etc is what made Canada a mockery. Don't blame covid or some deadly pandemic for any of this. This is the knee jerk reaction of a bunch of fools, fueled by support of a very scared population of fools that bought into the scam.

I agree, the convoy was not executed properly. My opinion right from day 1 is they should have just kept on the move. Back and forth between Ottawa and Hamilton. Permanent gridlock on the 401. No wait, that's not good for climate change, right? I'd love to have seen as many truckers as possible just stop moving product. The country would be crippled in a matter of days. People who once screamed "freedumb" would be begging for the truckers to move their shipment of pumpkin spice to their local starbucks.

You may not feel like their actions, but it gained international attention and Trudeau's dictatorship ways were criticized around the world. That's a win in my books. And now you have the option to go out and live your life.. or stay home where you feel safe. Your choice.

Honk honk, motherfvcker.

Well let’s see. Shortly after the Convoy (which was violently put down and people trampled by horses despite it being a legal peaceful protest), the Netherlands rose up against fertilizer restrictions which would have decimated their farming industry and cited the Convoy as an inspiration, useless mandates all over the world started falling like dominoes, we got to see the government seize people’s bank accounts at will (nearly causing a run on the banks as people cashed out until the turd was slapped down by his masters), a grandmother charged with Mischief held without bail for over 2 months and faces up to 10 years in jail while real, violent criminals regularly make bail and continue to reoffend, etc. etc. etc. To sum up, we got to see tyranny in action on Canadian soil, abetted by the prostitute msm.

And as to you last point about dissolving Parl’t and governed by the senate, could we do any worse than the sick joke of a “government “ we have now who absolutely refuse to legitimately investigate foreign interference in our elections?? IMHO that make this “government” is totally illegitimate as who knows how many seats were actually taken due to absolute corruption. Without a doubt this is the absolute worst, most incompetent, corrupt and anti Canadian “government” this country has ever had, there’s a lot of countries who would have done a lot more than blow horns and have bouncy castles to wake them up.

There is so much to unpack here. Lol

That said it would serve no purpose.

The last comment of the last two comments made identify the level of debate possible on this thread.

Cheers and keep on truckin!

If you believe Canada actually has a democracy you are stupider than you sound.

The Liberals are communist's with a tyrannical political agenda.

Living in Ontario I can understand your confusion. It's filled with brain-washed idiots who follow the main stream media.

I think the rifle is a little over priced, but good on Henry USA for remembering our truckers.

If it wasn't for those truckers, there would be no freedoms left in Canada.

Trudeau hid in his estranged wife's panties during this stand against corrupt government and forced mandates.

Which the (Covid Scam), has proven to be the largest wealth transfer in the world.

If you are a Canadian gun owner, WAKE THE BLANK UP!

I agree that Trudeau is a very bad PM. However, it is just plain ignorant to suggest that Covid measures that our governments were forced to put in place so that a great many (more) of us wouldn't die were dumb, stupid, mind warping and communist. The people that think that they are somehow free of government health restrictions that they don't like, and act that way, are the actual dumb and stupid. Do what you want with your own body, and kill yourself from a Covid infection if you choose, but don't infect me and don't use my tax dollars when they wheel you away in an ambulance. The truck convoy didn't speak for me, or for most Canadians, or for our "freedoms", but only for a bunch of scofflaws. As for Henry supporting the convoy, get real, Henry is supporting only its bottom line.

Whether or not you agreed with the convoy's stance on COVID and vaccines is beside the point.
The freedom of Canadians to assemble and protest isn't limited to those Canadians you agree with.
Because at some point, you'll likely find yourself in disagreement with the government of the day and your ability to stand up for your beliefs will be enabled by every protestor who has gone before you and now restricted by the precedent set by the Trudeau government and its use of the EA.

"all we know about covid"? Its funny how even people with a grade school education (not that I'm implying thats you) consider themselves in a position to dispute the experts.

How many times is one allowed to be wrong and end up contradicting themselves before they are stripped of the title of "expert"?

The experts you refer to took the word of pharmaceutical company CEO's and very little cherry-picked released data to make decisions.

Finally once data was FORCED to be released, the "experts" and the crazy conspiracy theorists ended up at the same conclusion... only it took the "experts" a lot longer to get there.

I respect this opinion. Half of the thread is people calling Trudeau communist but like that famous poem: “first they came for the communists… and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a communist”. Absolutely important to support the right to protest even if you don’t agree with their reasoning. Having said that, $1800 for a .22 is just a cash grab. Someone should maybe protest the pricing lol

In a place where so many people complain about journalists who know nothing about guns writing misleading articles about them, here were folks suddenly telling me how a PCR machine works ;) Good times.

The "Trucker Edition" should have some engraving of the "Operation Bear Hug" MOU describing forcing the govt to abdicate so they could take power lol. Go all out ;) Or the holocaust denial and quotes about white blood being stronger than others that some higher level participants were spouting.

You should probably not just believe everything "experts" tell you when the experts have had to pay billions in criminal charges in the last decade. Big pharma and billionaires make bank while destroying the middle class, and you still appeal to the "experts" lmao. "Experts" used to say cigarettes were good for your lungs. Back then youd be smoking packs a day and criticizing the people who "questioned the experts".
