HERA H6 Rifle .223 Rem 18" Non-Restricted

I really wish they'd make these in .308 taking AR10 mags. I want something a bit better than my Mossberg MVP Scout, especially in the barrel length department

Is that an actual plan Jjohn? I was just thinking the other day that the Hera would look good with a shorter barrel...... :)
I can't recall which thread I saw it in, but at some point there was a comment made by North Sylva or the Hera rep or somebody else who should know... about a 14-inch model coming out this year. A firm plan? Just a possibility? Beats me, but I agree that a shortie version would be very appealing.

Mine had decent accuracy with 55gr reloads, 1.5-2 MOA with a cheap 1-6 LPVO. I absolutely love the aesthetics and ergonomics, but unfortunately it's now out of commission until NS gets in spare parts to (hopefully) fix the magwell/feeding issue.
Hi, sent you a message, did you ever get the parts? Did it fix the issue?

I just bought one and have feeding issues as well.

I got Hera USA to talk to Hera Germany and they are helping me to get a new magwell but can't guarantee it will solve the feeding problem.

Hera USA did say that Germany is aware of many H6s in Canada having feed issues.
Same, i got the same exact reply from Hera USA, i'm a bit worried that Hera Germany is staying silent in all this.
It would be nice if they acknowledged it and stood behind their product.

Right now it feels like someone is helping us because the main company won't, kinda...

I'm still hopeful that the new magwell will fix it for good though...

Are the H6's coming to Canada somehow unique in their configuration? Or was there some comment at one point that Canada was one of the first markets to receive shipments of this rifle?

It's odd that they would comment about a large number of these guns having problems "in Canada".

The language used by the US sales rep was "Germany has distributed an earlier version before the US has even sold the H6 rifles" and "it seems this issue is recurring with only the .223 Rem version in Canada."

So it does seem like Canada got an early version with issues.
