I'd personally rather own less guns but make the ones I do own great ones.
I find the same hate towards Knight's and Noveske. Hate because they can't afford. That's the real reason they are so adamant their Norinco is just as good.

The HK45 was developed primarily for the American market so HK GmBH sent all of the HK45 tooling to HK USA. HK USA is forbidden from exporting parts by it's parent company. The few that made it over here are either smuggled, imported individually, or got in before the tooling was sent to the US.
Well, i'm one of those guys that "can't afford it" but i picked it up anyway. You only live once. And ever since i watched Collateral, i just had to get one some day. Imagine my disappointment to discover it is too big for my little man hands.![]()
Hi Everyone,
After calling around a hard decision just got harder. Looking for some opinions on what you would do? Keep in mind this is Canada and we get hosed on the prices.
1) HK USP 45ct with LEM - $1250
2) HK45c with threaded barrel - $1299
3) HK USP 45c with threaded barrel - $1100
Thanks T
If everyone really is serious, I'm game to get in on this but there are some questions that I'm sure everyone will want answered first:
1. Who is the dealer you've approached, what is their full contact information, how long have they been in business for and have they done something like this before?
2. What are the minimum #'s needed to make this deal worthwhile for all involved (ie. How many interested people would we need?)
3. What is the TOTAL cost breakdown including: purchase cost, taxes, import fees/duty and shipping to my door?
4. What is the shipping ETA once the deal has been made?
5. How do we secure our purchase to insure that we receive our order (ie. what is the deposit or is payment in full req.)
