Just a quick note to anyone who owns a Holosun 507c ACSS Vulcan reticle and requires warranty work. Holosun Canada emailed me indicating that since this red dot is co-branded with Primary Arms all warranty work will have to through the Gravel Agency. They are the importers/distributers for this one particular Holosun red dot.

I have had great success with Gravel in the past so I will keep my fingers crossed.

What issue are you having with the Holosun? I am unfamiliar with Holosun's warranty process.

Holosun will look after there branded products. James Cook at Holosun Canada can be reached at warranty@holosun.ca.

Due to this being a co-branded optic Primary Arms looks after the warranty which is Gravel Agency. My particular issue is that the chevron is elongated on one side depending on how you look at it. The chevron is also not illuminated evenly. The right side is very dim to the point of not being able to see it and the left side is very bright. I run my optics in manual mode as I am not a fan of the auto dimming / brightness feature. If I run it in automatic I basically loose one side of the chevron. I have 3 of these red dots and the other 2 have zero issues. Its my fault for not checking this red dot when I first received it in July. I bought it to mount on my new pistol that I just received last week. I

Gravel Agency replied back to me yesterday and I filled out the warranty paperwork for them. Hopefully things get resolved in a timely manner.

Are they reaching out to you are do you have to reach out to them for an update?
I hate waiting on warranty claims. It's a much more frustrating waiting game than when waiting for a new goodie to arrive in the mail.

I reach out to Gravel on a monthly basis. My last contact with them was on April 5th and they keep on informing me that they are still waiting on Primary Arms US. Its just a frustrating waiting game. I really like the ACSS reticle so for me its worth the wait. But I can see my positive enthusiasm ending soon.

I am finger's crossed that mine won't have any issues. I checked out a bunch of different sights and the Vulcan reticle is the only one I can get along with. Apparently I spent way too much time with iron sights. I find red dots challenging and the Vulcan really helps bring the dot into view.

Just an update - there is no update. Its been 3 months and still nothing. I have been in touch with Gravel Agency on a regular basis including yesterday and they have been very sympathetic but their hands are tied until they hear from Primary Arms US. They are as frustrated as I am. They are reaching out to them again to see what the hold up is. There definitely appears to be a break down in communication between theses 2 companies.

As this progresses I will keep the thread updated.

Wells its been 3 months and 1 week and I was advised by Gravel Agency that Primary Arms US still has not made a decision on whether or not to accept my new red dot for the warranty process.

This is really unfortunate. I also run this optic and it’s been great, but it’s disappointing to hear that the warranty process has been so nonexistent.
In an amazing contrast, I sent a Vortex Spitfire that wouldn’t hold a zero back for warranty work this past Monday morning. Yesterday I received a brand new Spitfire in the sealed package from Vortex. Four days from end to end.

I looked at my order and it appears I missed the order cutoff by one day, which means it's possible I may have to wait another couple of months still. :( Its a good thing I'm not in a huge hurry.
