Holy crap Cabelas wanted to charge me $149.57 to ship 1lbs of powder!

"...Cabelas wanted to charge me..." They don't set the shipping charges. The carrier does. Cabela's doesn't decide what is considered to be dangerous goods either. Transport Canada does.
All this is why it's not a good idea to buy components on-line. You should call 'em and thank 'em for telling you. Some places would just ship it and demand payment.

I ordered 1 Lb from Cabalas web site last year. They emailed me back with the shipping cost of 150.00 never heard of shipping being that much, but that was their Quote for shipping 1Lb of powder,I guess they do not want to sell any.Try Higginson's I just ordered 3Lbs of powder shipping was like 50.00 bucks.Good Luck

Wholesale in Langley; Parsons in your back yard; Wanstalls is also in your backyard.
Once you have determined your bullet and a recommended load you should be able to find a powder that is close.

I don't know if canpar rep I came across was new/mis-informed but I got an email saying (copy of email follows)
Hello,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to ship reloading powder through Canpar.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.

Thank you.
