HOLY MOLY Someone made a rendering of the 40-yard shot that took down the Indiana ma

I don't believe any of our training can size up what this young man went through. This is real life nightmare and he had to take a life with the risk of hurting innocent bystanders in the act. I can't plant my feet in his shoes. A hero he is.

I'm not bad with a pistol, I've had some excellent training and I'm pretty sure I could get the hits under time on the range. The question really comes down to the following; can you do this with no warm up, from a basically unaware mental posture, while people pop up and down in front of you, the target is moving and you have bullets coming in your general direction. Being shot at changes things.

Was he being shot at though? It sounds like the piece of s h i t was busy shooting other people when Elisjsha Dicken started dumping rounds in to him.
Regardless he clearly has the right stuff for high stress decision making and the ability to fight through the adrenaline.
