Home made CZ mag charger (Pic Heavy)

Wow, I thought loading CZ mags was about as easy as it gets!

And only 5 rounds at that.

It's about speed during a CQB. The ammo comes in clips, makes sense to load them with a charger. Lots of guys do that in the CQB with their ARs. Besides, we are targeting to remove the 5 round limit... some time.

Made a second one. Works nice, but still spent too much time making it due to problems. Things have to line up just right. I think I know how to make them systematically now, especially without too much blobs of solder. So will start to make 4 tomorrow.

Not to sound like a Newb but what does it do/enhance?

Milsurplus 762x39 comes in clips, 10 per. You have to remove the rounds off the clips to load them by hand. In CQB time between relays is tight, especially if two people are using the same rifle. Next CQB 3 of us will be using the same rifle. So we will need to be Johnny-on-the-spot loading mags.

I've done it, and here are the pics of how I built it. Pics are dark, dull day no sun made my garage dark. But you should get the idea.

This is the sheet brass, and square tube brass.

Question, please:

Where did you find square tube brass stock? Checked around, no joy, obviously not looking in the right places.

Thanks,
FB

all rifles come with this already installed..........

Already addressed. You can't load mags through your rifle off the fireline. Big no no. Second, when you have a scope mounted in the way, you can't use the rifle. The purpose of the mag chargers is to load mags quickly between CQB sessions.
