Lets start with that I am a verifier and own a black powder cannon that is ignited by a fuse or wick
Having spoken with the firearms Techs who have consulted there legal dept. Antique status shall we say over rides prohib status
no different than a Webley MKI would be considered prohib but is deemed antique and there for a non gun
and Antique status over rides prohib .A cannon no matter the bore size is deemed a non fire arm if ignited by a match or wick (fuse)
Therefore is not effected by the OIC on firearms they don't have to specifically mention Bp cannons are exempt in the OIC to
make them exempt the definition already exists in law and that has not changed
