I do a fair amount of moose hunting, have done since I was pretty much legal and tagged along before that with my dad.
I thought that this year I would rework a project that I used in the past. It was a silhouette of a cow moose, the previous one was made out of 1/4 in. plywood painted black with a piano hinge to fold the sucker in half and make it more manageable but it was still heavy. This time around I picked up some plasti core in brown and got a photo of a nice cow quartering away I drew it on the plasti core and added some paint and voila this is what I came up with both sides are painted . It's lightweight and waterproof.
I figure if I place it in amongst some small trees in a fairly visible location it should fool old Bullwinkle after he comes in to see whats making those amorous calls.
Whata ya'll think.
