just looking to get a census on those that have used the bullet how did you feel about the performance , did it hold up on heavy bone and muscle, how was weight retention ( if bullet held together )

I used them for the first time this year. Both went through and through leaving fist sized exit wounds.

.243

I found them a bit frangible, lower speed and/or longer distance I am sure they would be a great deal better.

I have had heart/lung shots fragment enough to hit the spine.Never recovered much of anything, but some do like this trait.

Not my cup of tea, but others do like em.

In calibres under .338 they are pretty explosive. Great on deer-sized game but I prefer something more stout for the bigger stuff.

I used them in 308 on a great big doe this fall . went right thru and came out the far side in three chunks . dead deer DUTCH

I was able to recover one this after I punched one through front leg and left a big whole going through the ribs. Held together for the most part and pretty much liquified his lungs.

Used a 117g in my .25-06 a few years ago and it messed up the whole front end. The buck was about 175 yards, and the bullet went through both shoulders and ended up under the hide, I think it was about 60g. My brother in law now has the rifle and uses those bullets on coyotes, he dosen't care about the hides, just wants them dead.

Shot a Grizzly last spring with them. 130gr SST's in a 270 BAR. One shot @ 200 yards broadside in the ribs, fist size hole out the other side. Dropped and didn't even kick.

Have had great results on deer too. They are Interlock bullets, just like the old spire points. Some people think they are like the old ballistic tips or v-max's because of the red tip.

I do not care much for them on game. Just a bit too frangible to suit me.
Heavy bloodshot areas and large exits, even on deer shot broadside.
I prefer something just a bit more solidly built.
In all fairness, they sould be Ok at lower velocities, so a longer shot might show better results.
Eagleye.

I find them to be extremely accurate out of my .30-06 and previously my .338 win mag. I personally believe them to be tougher than a Nosler Ballistic Tip (that's not saying much). Great long range bullet, but not good for much else in my opinion.

The ones I've recovered from water jugs lined up showed perfect expansion. Hornady superformance 2506 117gr. My gun groups them at 1 1/4" 5 shot at 100 yards so I never used them on game

I may handload some to see if I can't get better accuracy

i shot a black bear at 120yrds heart lung and exit hole was toonie sized. i didnt really think of bullet construction after the 1/2" groups out my old 30-06. im happy and just picked up 5 more boxes

I havent' hunted with them myself but Ive handloaded it for others and seen the results. Best used for long range work as they tend to make a mess inside 100 yards. They do shoot fairly well but not quite as good as the Nosler Ballistic tip which is what I can compare them to when it comes to contruction.

I shoot them out of my 270 win and 308 win. They are extremely accurate on the bench. They also drop deer like crazy but they waist a lot of meat. I am shooting them at max and find they fragment a lot. I will not shoot them at bears or moose for this reason. I am currently looking at Speer Deep Curl bullets. For what it is worth.

I believe its the same bullet used in the LeverEvolution ammo and if so......I like them. I have shot several bucks with them all dead quick, dropped instantly or less than 40 yds away. I did find one of the bullets in one of the deer and it was mostly intact with little fragmentation. I am shooting a 35 Rem. in a 760 pump gun.
