Hornady 178 gr Match hitting the target @ 200 yards... Video.

Just put it here so if i am asked, i will pull the takedown from the car trunk and shoot a .5 at 200 yards for a witheness... JP.:)

.5 inch group or .5 MOA group ??????

Either way there are plenty of rifles out there for less money that can do the same............ Just Sayin....... ;)

It would interesting to see over time how accuracy would be affected by the constant removing/installing of the barrel........

Or if you rather .2 -.3 MOA and it wont affect accuracy if you undo the rifle completly between each shots for 5 shots or mores, at our private range i did the test at 300 metres of entierly brake the rifle and take the scope of and reassembled it and still got a .2 or .3 MOA i will find the picture... JP.

Well, for a comparison my rifle is capable of .3 MOA at 300 meters, prone off of a Bipod using a rear bag............A blueprinted Remington 700 action with a 26.5" McPhee 1 in 11.3" twist barrel mounted in an AICS.......(But now in a MDT TAC-21).........Also shooting 178gr Hornady AMAX.....Moly-Coated.......

If you are constantly removing and re-installing the barrel you will get wear over time and the fit will loosen up............so it would be expected for accuracy to start to fall off.

The way it is made i guess you could go thousand of time undoing it and put it back togheter, very ingenius ratcheting device, i will make a close up video and try to show it... JP.

If you could that would be cool......Even pics would be fine........very interested to see how the barrel is secured.......
