Hot New Iraqi AK Reloading Technique

God I hate YouTube ninjas. I wonder which mall ert these guys belong to and what lvl trauma plates they wear in their rig on duty?

Mall ERT? nah man, you got it all wrong, these guys are far too pro for a simple ERT team.

Their obviously costco tier 1 deniable operators. Better watch yourself next time you try and exit the store without showing your receipt :ninja:

Interesting how most comments are critiquing and making fun of a couple guys who are doing something they enjoy, while trying to educate...smells like AK envy.

Perhaps you are right .....mmmm....nope .
Did you see that second guy ?
I'm sure we all like to " play " with our firearms .
I question though , the social retardation level of a middle aged goof , dressing up in full kit , and practicing reload drills in what may or may not be his mothers laundry room .
If this guy was in a REAL battle situation , like the one he is fantasizing about , I suspect he would be hiding behind his little helper there , with a full load in his khakis .
As a woman who prefers strong , self assured men , I see this G.I. Joe stuff as pathetic . The fact that they dress up like that is an insult to brave soldiers that have experienced the real thing .

Nice caibiner on that goofs back. I'm pretty sure I could rip it off.

If I dressed like a clown like those boys my wife would laugh my ass right out of the house.

It's different in the States because of the militia culture....they use military gear because..... well it works for it's intended purpose.

I agree it looks silly to most Canadians.... even if they are gunnutz, but it's a cultural thing.

Practicing a reload is important for combat I guess but I don't think fractions of seconds make much difference. Reducing your exposure to fire and a decent reload time combined with a cool head is probably the best a guy could hope for.

I hate it when these yanks try to make their AK look like an AR. Its one or the other. It cant be both. Just my opinion.

What a brutal reload technique. Weak body mechanics couple with less control of the firearm and taking your finger off of the grip and away from the trigger(especially if it was a real engagement). And the mall ninja cross draw condor vest get up is mad poserish too.

No idea who coined the term "Iraqi reload". Spent several years living, training, and working with Iraqis and I never encountered this. This is just over complicating a simple emergency reload. *Might* save a fraction of a second, but you can't do it on the move and you may lose positive control of your weapon.
