]They stated that I was to only shoot what I was planning to eat myself.
Man am I sick to death of hearing this, by my spca wanna be family and on this site.
After you kill an animal it no longer cares what you do with it. Why should anyone else?
]They stated that I was to only shoot what I was planning to eat myself.
Just get 'em in the sights...be sure of shot placement...pull trigger....The opposers have evidently not seen the mess these "dogs" can do to a sheep herd or young calf or calves. Often killing more than they can eat and leaving much behind when they leave. Also the attacks on humans seems to be on the rise.
How do you explain shooting coyotes to people?
Yup. When I bought my property, I never saw rabbits or grouse on it. Now that the yotes population has been controlled to a degree, I see at least 4 bunnies every day on my way to work. There are a lot more grouse around too. The only down side is that I've seen more racoons, but they'll be dealt with.
