How do you pronounce CZ?

I was watching the hunting channel with my 8 year old son and there was a commercial for "C-Zee" rifles. My son looked at me with a perplexed expression and said,"It's not C-Zee, it's C-Zed!". That's just the way I raised him I guess.

Was the Mark of Zorro, Zee, given that it's part of American folklore
or was it the Seta, since he was Mexican (or Californio during the Mexican reign) or theta since he was a Spanish Don from Castilla?

That's why he always got away. By the time they managed to communicate with each other and established a consensus on how to pronounce those three strikes, he was Up, Up and Away, Hiyo Silver, away (Yes, I know I'm confusing this with the Lone Ranger who had no zeeees in his name.)

Canadians and the rest of the civilized world pronounce it See Zed, the Americans pronounce it See Zee, and they are wrong, period !!

Well right or wrong .we are right if we are in America when say it !

The Obama and the tree in the forest when Holder and the DOA falls

will be like that ! BRU NO Of Checks of slock vats of it.

Great people makeing great guns with hard names for us OKIES to say.

Bob

Sako and Tikka rifles annoy me.

I think Sako should be pronounces "Sa-ko" not "Sack-o"

Same as Tikka should be "Tick-a" and not "Tee-ka"

Takes good rifles and makes them sound stupid with there lame Sack-o and Teeka names.

It is see zed or see zad. Where I'm from it would be the latter, as in zad 71 or zad 28 or zad R 1. See zee just doesn't sound right. Same as on Speed Channel they say zee 28. It sounds dorky to me.

OT but...I worked with a German lady and it's pronounced Porsche (guttural 'r') and not Por-sha like you always hear in the U.S.
