My Beretta CX4 is with them since June - almost 6 months. They were 'waiting for a part' and now I don't know what they are waiting for, because they don't talk to me.

Stoeger Canada are a bunch of morons...I've had nothing but problems with them time and time again. You wanna know how many times I recieved broken replacement parts from them...don't ask!? Next time you buy a gun...make sure your not going to have to deal with them for any parts or warranty service.

I don't like their service. Called for some metric screws for the rail on my Benelli M4 and they told me that I have to wait at least 8 weeks. An envelope from Italy to Canada takes 10 days max. Sorry, I wouldn't bother calling them again. By the way something that simple not in stock, doesn't look good at all.

wow you must be the king of world to think that the factory is going to go out of its way to ship a couple of screws when they can just toss them in the next shipment. and considering stoeger supplies all of canada stock goes rather quickly.

Sent a Uberti back for warranty 3 times. It was over a year, they ahhh(looked at it for free.) Still not wright, talk to the gun smith. That might speed things up. AGE

I bet you guy they're all doing it on purpose too. Yeah, that sounds right. They get your gun, flip a coin and keep it for a random amount of months! Yeah, that's reasonable.

I'm sure they would LOVE go fix your stuff and get them back to you as soon as they could. You know why? These guys don't like dealing with warranty issues either!! It costs them money! Time and money. I'm sure they would love to have trouble free products, but everything mechanical is potentially prone to issues!! It's a fact of life!

Everyone has some kind of an issue with some product or another, if not their car, or rifle, it's a friggin' TV or DVD player or something. They're doing what they can with whatever resources they have. I'm not saying they don't make mistakes, everyone is human. I can probably hazard a guess that with the 2 or 3 or 10 maybe people who have issues, there are hundreds or more guns that are working just fine. Uberti and most other Stoeger imported products don't have a poor name or reputation for quality. Stoeger is doing what they can with the manufacturer's help. They're probably doing whatever they can with the manufacturers help.

Take care.

6 months is a long time to wait and iv brought it to there attention 4 you. ubiriti crap is prob the hardest thing to get in considering they get like 6 shipments a year of ubiriti ####. other than trg's of course

Oh goody... Stoeger Canada.
I sent them a Benelli M2 a long time ago... I can't complain about the communication. It was "good".

The best part though:
When my gun came back (remember, Benelli M2 - Aluminium receiver with nice anodizing) it had a 3" long razor blade scratch in it (I assume from when they opened the package.)
I called to complain and was told it was like that. F*Ing Horrible!

I sold the shotgun after and had a bad taste for Stoeger Canada ever since.

It's just a coincidence that out of all new guns I ever owned only Beretta FTF.
It doesn't mean BTW that any used guns I bought FTF - none.

It took them 9 weeks for them to provide a replacement cocking lever for my Beretta 391.

After several calls and getting nowhere with them I ordered the part from a supplier outside of Canada. It arrived 9 days after I placed the order and the total cost was cheaper than the replacement from Stoeger.

try calling stoeger and telling them ur problem rather than crying online about it. you can allways ask for ur gun back and order the replacement part ur self.

Do you work for Stoeger? That sounds like the same f**k you attitude you can get from them directly. Don't like our service? Here's your gun back. So much for warranty service.

After waiting a month for the parts I wanted which they said were in stock I ordered them from outside the country. When they arrived I then called Stoeger to cancel my previous order which they agreed to do.

Three weeks later the parts showed up from Stoeger and my credit card was billed. When I raised this with them they got pissy about it and denied that I had cancelled the order nor would they take the parts back. I'll order a part from halfway around the world rather than deal with those assclowns at Stoeger Canada.

awww boo hoo for you.

nope dont work for stoeger but know them well. great guys and customer service ( and i can garentee that no one at stoeger has that attitude towards there customers.) there's a reason they dont do retail sales because of on online tuff guys like you who complain about wait time.

how many gun owners are there in canada? how many of them own products that were supplied by stoeger and your supprised that there is a long wait for warrenty.

cry me a river.. build a bridge and get over it.
