Order update

Hey Guys,
What do you guys want, a email or a phone call, trying to find out about a 2 week ago order.

You are not alone I placed any order on the 05/04/2013 payment went threw on the 08/04/2013 still waiting .
They must be very busy ...It's all good !!

I'm in the same boat. Ordered on the 3rd, payment went through on the 8th. I emailed them this past weekend and asked since my order hasn't shipped if I could add some LAR pistol mags and couplers to my order to take advantage of the free shipping on my first order, but still haven't heard back.

thanks for the update. I placed an order but I need the stuff by next weekend. glad they have a cancel option for unprocessed orders. will order at some point though when I have more time. can't beat the prices for sure.

Just thought I would share I called Can Am today for an up date on my order ,spoke to Paul said they where unloading a shipment they just received will try and send it out tomorrow .That being said I totally understand ..

Lengthy shipping from CanadaAmmo

I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with waiting 5 weeks for instock ammo to be shipped? Or is that normal?

2 questions:

Did you bother to phone or email CanadaAmmo before coming to CGN & complaining, or

Did you send CanadaAmmo a scanned copy or a photocopy of your PAL/RPAL?

I agree, taking to the internet to complain before contacting the company in order to give them a chance is kinda lame. That said, Canam should have all the forms on their site ready to fill out. If he did forget to fill out the information, a good company would contact the buyer to get an updated status on the order - rather then keep the buyer guessing.
That is to say this is his problem. I have dealt with Canam both in person, and on the phone/internet and they were good.

Hey, I like my 8.5" grizzly! I polished everything (lol) and it falls open now!

I contacted them about how long it took and how they simply slapped a canpar sticker on some boxes of ammo (very discrete). I waited and waited and didn't get any email in return. Sent a follow up email and nothing. Frankly I am not going to buy anything more from them with that level of service. I can only assume that your level of service is normal for them.

Hey Spadez,

I see shredder has gone quiet after your reply. Some people just engage their mouth before there brain!

I waited 5 weeks for some 9mm FMJ, but no longer than that.

Good luck buddy.

Ummm ...at the top of the page on their site....

"We apologize for any delays in processing your orders due to an abnormal amount we are receiving at this time but are doing our best to process and ship as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience "

Your welcome:D

I have received good service from them Every time

Were you sending a email threw their website? It seems like theres a 50/50 chance they receive it. I don't understand why they don't do something about it, after numerous posts about no return email...
However, I always get a response from the info@.........

I have twice ordered ammunition and various other stuff, both times received it in a reasonable time frame. Also communication has been good, with shipping notifications and confirmations. I'm a fussy bastard and I was happy with their service and product.
Just saying
