I agree, taking to the internet to complain before contacting the company in order to give them a chance is kinda lame. That said, Canam should have all the forms on their site ready to fill out. If he did forget to fill out the information, a good company would contact the buyer to get an updated status on the order - rather then keep the buyer guessing.
That is to say this is his problem. I have dealt with Canam both in person, and on the phone/internet and they were good. ( just wouldn't ever buy one of those Grizzly shotguns again. )
