Guys, I have been a small business owner operator. I understand that it gets challenging at times. Here is the deal though, you state on your website that turn around for orders is 2-3 business days.. You have a banner on your site that has been there for as long as I have been going to the site that says there are shipping delays.. I get it. I placed an order on June 25 for instock items. You charged my credit card right away but as of today, 2 weeks later I dont have any tracking number.
I have called 5 times, left 2 voice mails and have heard nothing back.
CanadaAmmo pricing is no different than any other mail order site. Marstars, Trade-ex, etc.. I started to get very concerned that I got scammed out of $250 dollars but it appears you just have a real issue with order fullfillment.
Suggestion: Change the FAQ on your website to indicate more realistic mailorder shipping time lines or at least set the expectations of your customers so they know it can take 3 months to get their product.
I am not here to bash you guys, just very frustrated at the complete lack of communication despite several attempts to contact you. If I knew at the outset the wait was going to be 2 months I couldve adjusted my expectations accordingly.
Congratulations on being so busy I guess.... If that's really the problem. But if you cant ship an instock order in less than 4 weeks it sounds to me like you have some bigger fish to fry.
