How many 10/10 mags would you buy?

Do you know any other semi 308 that takes 10 rounds? Apples to Oranges. Plus they are making these mags special order. But I guess its up to you if you want to go spend a grand on another rifle so that you can save $35 a mag?:bangHead:

I'll take 4 at least!!

The Ruger Scout Rifle is a currently-produced bolt-action .308 with 10-round mags. Brownell's sells them for about $30 each.

MoreGuns Supply was taking advance orders for the FIT'S RIFFLE magazines.
Among the numerous charges laid after the raid was one for unauthorized possession of prohibited device.
Any chance this was related to these magazines? Any way to find out?

First off (to the manufacturer, not the OP), thanks for initiating something new.

But, $75/mag? Ok, they are hard to find and ok, you have a monopoly, but $75 for a mag screams the word 'gouge'. Not to mention that with all this attention (what, 30 people here ordering 5-20 mags each?) why do you need to charge so much?

I'd love to have a 10 round mag for the M1A similar to the 10 round LAR-15 mags, but at $75, I'll take 0 please.

I'm sure it was. The wording on the mag was the issue. They weren't labeled M10 mags. They were labeled "fits M10 rifles" or words to that effect. Meaning these are not M10 mags but they fit M10 rifles. This is enough with our effed up gun laws to make the mags prohibited. No other rifle manufacturer labels there own mags as fitting their own rifles. They just label them for the rifle they were manufactured for.

Label the mags something like "M10 bolt action rifle"

If they were around I'd buy 5 then get myself an M14 to accompany the AIA ;)
Although maybe it'd be better if someone convinced XS Products to make an AIA drum mag

I've been pretty specific about stating that I only want these for my AIA bolt action, and would assume that everyone else on here just really wants more mags for their BOLTACTION RIFFLES too

To be clear, it does not matter what YOU want them for. What matters is what they were manufactured for. I have the original AIA magazines that shipped with the rifle, and I have the FRT# and a scan of a registry certificate listing them as non-restricted (hey it's something). I don't actually own an AIA rifle, my intent is to use them in my m305, but they are AIA magazines manufactured for an AIA bolt action rifle, and in the case of mine, originally sold with an AIA bolt action rifle.

To answer the OP, if these new magazines were fully legal AIA 10 round magazines, I would buy 4-5 of them.

1) The originals aren't marked. At all. Why would these need to be?
2) AIA isn't dead, just sleeping. Changing focus.
3) How many times have you seen these mags on the EE?
Not very many are there for long, so you would be lucky to even see it.
How many times have you seen them being sold for $150 each, 2 views, and already marked SPF?
Every time.

For about any other mag $75 is too much. For these, in Canada, a deal.

4) 4 for me. Interested in 20's if they will stay in the 'riffle' with that extra weight.
