How many guns is too many?

Ask a stamp collector how much stamps it too much and go for just under that. I am aware of two people with over 150.

I don't understand the question....

Please dont post pics of guns being destroyed that should be a auto infraction and even talking about what happened to the old canadian FN FAL's is a abomination and a crime of the highest degree.

I started off like many here with a .22 about 35 years ago or so. Then I realized that I needed something for hunting deer - so a .30-06 appeared. I thought I had all the bases covered until I wanted to start bird hunting so a 12 gauge entered my inventory. So I had a rimfire, a centerfire and a shotgun. You would think that would do it, eh? Well, it is like a contagious disease. I now could not tell you how many guns I have, and I am ashamed to say that I have some that I have never fired. How many is too much? Probably one more than you will make use of. If you believe that ... then I have some prime realty to sell you ...

too meny guns.....

It's like pokemon, got to catch them all.

You need at least 2 shotguns, a 12 and a 20. A .410 would be good too. One of them has to be pump, because everyone loves the Cha-chunk sound. You need at least 1 big game hunting rifle. Then you will decide that one is too nice to drag through the bush so you need a bush gun too. Then you need a long range rifle, because you totally plan on hunting sheep one day. Half a dozen 22's is a good starting point, you can never have enough 22's. One semi-auto pistol from each manufacturer will get you started. One Glock in every caliber. You need at least 3 revolvers, one of them must be a .357 magnum so you can say "Go ahead, make my day" a bunch of times.

Then it's time to start your AR-15 build...

I live this philosophy everyday, in fact its slowly becoming a reality...
