It's not in BC, and no carnage ensues...
If a big game season is ooen then yes it's required. So in this case yes we all did need to be wearing hats and vests. But in our defense, we just stepped out of the vehicle to go find that bird.
I recall a comnent from somewhere..maybe OFAH site, that they want orange helmets if you are on the way to or from your stand on a ATV too.
