I'd be more inclined to own one if it were chambered in the .300 Canadian. I once came across some brass that even had the proper headstamp. I'm just saying.....
I contacted Nosler one time a few years back. I was curious if they would consider building a Partition in .303 since there were a few million of the rifles in circulation around the world. The fellows response? Laughter and ignorant comments. They were ok with .375 Ballistic Tips, but not a .303 Partition.
I think if a rifle like the Ruger #1 Light Sporter were chambered in .303 British, and a good bullet were offered new life would be breathed into it's heritage. Their building the #1 LS in .300 H&H, so.....
