How to buy a barrel tuner?

Never used one but here's a site - http s://www.kineticsecuritysolutions.com/products/1-25-clamp-on-tuner-for-straight-taper-and-f-class-barrels - but for 1.25" barrel. Maybe they could make one for your barrel ?
2-pages of google and this is the only CDN clamp-on.
