By the way, if you ever have to gut a slightly bloated animal, start above the sternum in the brisket area. Relieving pressure on the other side of the diaphragm makes things a little less "touchy".

The biggest problems those guys had was having the animal in an almost hanging position. Gravity would be trying to push the guts out the very first cut he made. Should have the animal flat or the head slightly higher than the hind end, that way gravity will keep the guts pressed down towards the spine and allow room for a knife to cut the hide and skin without puncturing the stomach.
 
Okay, I haven't seen the video yet. I am at work and the company "frowns" on streaming video during work hours.
But by the comments of others I can't wait to see it and show my brother. He is a "gagger" too! lol

He once "forgave" about a $200.00 debt I owed him for me to gut a lil' antelope for him.

God....Been there - done that! I'm a little embarrased to say that I to am a gagger...It was particularily bad when this happened to me! Ewwww.....It's like it was yesterday! YE-UCK!
 
i almost puked watching it and thinking about the smell holy whaaa ive poked #### sack before ill admit it and did i ever puke but i got er done in less than 3 minutes im the fastest in my gang hahahaha
