But I can guess it was nasty.
I don't have a problem with the smell of guts, I've gutted a few deer that were fairly nasty. If your carefull you can do a nice clean job, if not well it can be really messy.

I belly shot my first deer, and when I opened it up the whole gut cavity was coated in green. yecchhh!!
