Hit them where it hurts, right in the currency.
Trade all disposable income into non Canadian dollar monetary instruments like gold and silver.
Pushes demand away from the dollar dropping its price and by extension the governments ability to project power with it.

I love the idea, and have been divesting myself of as many dollar (CAD and USD) assets as possible anyways, but I don't think any amount of silver buying will collapse the Canadian dollar.

Now if every Canadian person and corporation just didn't file an income tax return for one year, the government would destroy the dollar themselves trying to print money to cover their liabilities.

or.pay for everything in cash when possible,,avoid paying any tax you dont have to on work oranything else you can swing it.,,anything NOT to give the government money to burn,another fun thing would be if people just started taking all their cash OUT of banks,,wonder how long they would survive,without all those lovely fees,and not having our money to loan out,there is more than one way to starve a government.

so people and buisineses will stop doing electronic money transfers, not likely, not anyone born after 2000.
 
businesses are not required to be compensated... inherent risk. There could be a very good case that people should be.... that's why grandfathering and buy back is at play... small number = unlikely to go to court + no media #### storm = government may try to get away with no compensation
 
Right before the ban donate all firearms to a charity then do a private auction where the gun shop owner is the only bidder and Boom all privately owned guns you must be compensated
